We're looking for a senior Scrum Master to coach mixed business and IT teams towards greater autonomy. You'll support multi-team Scrum delivery, build trust and embed continuous improvement in new teams.
What you'll do
- Facilitate Scrum events within teams and across multiple teams.
- Remove obstacles that prevent teams from meeting their goals.
- Support Product Owners with backlog management and value-based prioritisation.
- Connect business colleagues, delivery teams and other stakeholders.
- Report transparently on team practices and progress.
- Mentor junior Scrum Masters through coaching and knowledge sharing.
What you bring
- At least five years' experience as a Scrum Master.
- Five years' experience in Agile project delivery using Scrum values and principles.
- Two years' experience coaching and supporting junior Scrum Masters.
- Experience coaching mixed business and IT teams and facilitating group dynamics.
- Experience facilitating online workshops and delivering Scrum or coaching training.
- Experience with Large Scale SCRUM (multi-team Scrum) and Agile tools.
- Ability to handle resistance from Product Owners.
- Ability to coach systematically at organisational level.
- Experience improving team dynamics and embedding continuous improvement in new teams.
- A relevant coaching certificate.
- Dutch, C2.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting Product Owners.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Mural and MS Teams.
Good to know
- Occasional travel to other sites.
