Our client is a key organization in the energy sector focused on developing sustainable and reliable infrastructure. This role involves managing complex change projects and acting as a subject matter expert for processes linked to real-time energy balancing.
Responsibilities
- Lead the realization of complex change projects and new operational processes for the operations center.
- Coordinate project planning, facilitate team meetings, and determine business requirements.
- Collaborate with product teams to refine business requirements and approve technical design proposals for operational tools.
- Develop operational procedures and deliver training sessions to technical engineering staff.
- Represent operational needs as a stakeholder in internal project teams and international working groups.
- Analyze process performance, prepare detailed error analyses, and provide support during incidents.
Requirements
- You have a Master degree in a technical or economic field.
- You bring 3+ years of professional experience within the energy industry.
- You possess expertise in process design and process implementation including proactive process improvement.
- You're proactive and assertive with the ability to think conceptually while maintaining a pragmatic mindset.
- You're willing to travel internationally within Europe for project assignments.
- You're fluent in English with a professional level of Dutch or French.
Nice to Haves
- Prior knowledge of energy balancing contexts and industry-specific regulations.
- Willingness to improve proficiency in Dutch or French.
