What this role is
We're looking for a Distribution Sales Manager to help grow Konligo's presence globally. Someone who is on the ground, building relationships with distributors, following up on leads, and making deals happen. Less strategy, more execution.
What you’ll do
- Handle direct sales — respond to incoming requests, qualify leads, and close sales in markets without a local distributor
- Grow the distributor network — from Australia to the US to Europe, recruit, develop, and support partners worldwide
- Represent Konligo in the field — travel to fairs, demos, and distributor visits
- Bring market feedback to the team so the product keeps improving
Who you are
- You're a builder
- You're comfortable with outreach, negotiation, and long sales cycles
- You thrive in a small team where your work has immediate impact
- You're fluent in English; other languages are a bonus
