EV Technical Support / Quality Technician

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose electrical and technical faults on electric vehicles.
  • Carry out repairs once the issue has been identified and the required spare parts are available.
  • Work with EV systems, electrical components and charging systems.
  • Troubleshoot vehicle breakdowns and identify root causes.
  • Carry out software updates and other technical interventions.
  • Inspect vehicles before they are shipped to customers.
  • Support end-of-line vehicle quality and customer-quality activities.
  • Act as a first point of contact onsite for technical vehicle issues.
  • Support wider day-to-day technical and quality activities when required.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong hands-on experience with electric vehicles.
  • Able to diagnose AND repair EV faults, rather than simply identify problems.
  • Automotive electrical/electronic fault-finding experience.
  • Ideally experience working within an OEM/automotive manufacturer environment.
  • Experience with EV charging systems would be beneficial.
  • Comfortable completing software updates and working with diagnostic systems.
  • Able to work independently as the initial local technical specialist.
  • English is the main working language - Dutch is not required.
  • Dutch-speaking candidates are also welcome.
