Infosys is seeking a motivated IT L1 Desktop Support Technician for Mechelen/Vilvoorde, Belgium. You will be the first point of contact for users, triaging, diagnosing, and resolving basic hardware, software, and network issues to ensure smooth IT operations and a positive user experience.
The role requires 2+ years of onsite enterprise support experience, strong Windows 11 and Mac knowledge, and the ability to work with SCCM, Intune and Jamf Pro.
