Infosys is seeking a motivated L1 Technology Support Engineer to join our Mechelen IT team. You will be the first point of contact for users, triaging and resolving hardware, software, and basic network issues on site, while escalating more complex problems as needed.
The role requires 2+ years of onsite enterprise support, strong knowledge of Windows 11 and MacOS, and the ability to travel to various shop locations.
