Our client is seeking a professional to support their operations within the customer connection domain. The role focuses on managing and accelerating technical connection studies to address operational backlogs and support the service launch phase.
- Execute and review technical connection studies to ensure service feasibility.
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of connection requests within the operational backlog.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline the customer connection process.
- Monitor and report on the progress of connection studies to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and implement improvements to optimize the connection study workflow.
- You bring experience in operations management or technical connection studies.
- You possess strong analytical skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- You have the ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet strict deadlines.
- You are fluent in English.
Nice to Haves
- Experience in an aftermarket or service launch environment.
- Willingness to obtain additional technical certifications relevant to the sector.
