Your Mission
- * bull; Coordinate maintenance contracts and ensure contractual commitments are fulfilled.
- * bull; Plan and follow up preventive maintenance activities.
- * bull; Coordinate service reviews, reporting activities and follow-up actions.
- * bull; Monitor maintenance invoicing, renewals and contract amendments.
- * bull; Maintain contract documentation, service procedures and operational records throughout the contract lifecycle.
- * bull; Act as the operational reference for maintenance contracts and contract-related information across the company.
- * bull; Support engineers and internal teams with contract-related questions.
- * bull; Coordinate subcontractors and ensure service activities are properly tracked.
- * bull; Support customer communication and manage operational escalations when required.
- * bull; Identify risks, priorities and improvement opportunities before they impact service management.
