NISH Tech BV is looking for an experienced AI Adoption & Change Management Consultant to support the adoption of AI-powered tools and drive sustained usage of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio. The role focuses on enabling organizational change through structured adoption initiatives, persona-based scenarios, targeted communications and practical training.
The role combines change management expertise, AI adoption and digital transformation, helping organizations embed Copilot and AI agents into everyday working practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver materials supporting AI adoption and operational recommendations.
- Help train Agent Champions and the Agent Lab to drive sustained adoption of AI agents.
- Facilitate training sessions and office hours for Microsoft 365 Copilot and related tools.
- Execute communication and employee engagement plans.
- Track adoption metrics and gather user feedback.
- Coach change agents and champions within the customer organization.
- Support the adoption of AI and Copilot across business functions.
- Contribute to the development of a high-level digital transformation roadmap.
- Support target operating model adoption and champion community development.
- Contribute to backlog refinement and sprint planning.
- Support risk management activities related to AI adoption and organizational change.
- Demonstrate solutions to stakeholders to encourage understanding and adoption.

Mandatory Skills
- Adoption & Change Management (ACM)
- AI and Copilot culture change

- Training facilitation and stakeholder engagement
- Adoption measurement and user feedback analysis
Nice-to-Have Skills
- PROSCI certification — strongly preferred.
- Experience coaching Agent Champions and supporting AI agent adoption.
- Experience delivering structured adoption programmes in enterprise environments.

10+ years of relevant experience in Adoption & Change Management.
