Join NAAMII’s Computational Genomics Lab and work at the forefront of AI and Computational Bioinformatics
As part of the Research Assistantship Position, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our Research Director Bishesh Khanal and Adjunct Research Scientist Raunak Shrestha, Earn a competitive salary, pursue a fully funded Master’s by Research, and contribute to solving critical global health challenges like multidrug-resistant TB.

Required Qualifications
- Completed Four-year bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Hands‑on experience with Unix/Linux environments
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms
- Experience handling and analyzing large datasets
- Some familiarity with Geometric Deep Learning
