Our client, a prominent organization in the utility sector, is seeking a professional to drive the functional implementation and adoption of a specialized asset management system. The role focuses on bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions to ensure a successful go-live and high user adoption.

  • Translate stakeholder requirements into comprehensive business analyses and functional solutions.
  • Analyze the impact of process changes on user workflows and develop concrete work instructions and manuals.
  • Facilitate workshops and working groups to accelerate change management and align project actors.
  • Coordinate quality control activities and support the organization of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Develop training materials and provide knowledge transfer to core users to support the transition.
  • Assess data migration results from a business perspective and signal risks to the project team.
  • 3+ years of experience as a business analyst within the last 6 years.
  • 1+ year of experience in business or functional analysis within projects involving GEO, GIS, or technical asset management applications.
  • Proven experience working within the utility sector (e.g., electricity, gas, water, or telecom infrastructure).
  • Strong expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) and process optimization.
  • You hold a Master’s degree, preferably in a technical, scientific, or IT-related field.
  • You possess excellent stakeholder management skills within digital transformation projects.
  • You are proactive and solution-oriented with a hands-on approach.
  • You are native in Dutch.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with Autodesk InfoAsset Manager.
  • Knowledge of AI tools for documentation, analysis, or knowledge processing.
  • Professional experience in water management projects.
  • Experience with the preparation and validation of data migrations.
  • Experience conducting train-the-trainer sessions and user demonstrations.
  • Start date: 17 November 2026.
  • Duration: 12 months.
  • Work regime: Full-time.
