As a Service Coordinator / Planner, you keep our charging systems up and running. You manage service assignments, resources, and logistics—ensuring cases are handled efficiently, spare parts are available, and partners are ready to act. Your work keeps customers satisfied, SLAs on track, and e‑mobility moving forward.

Your role

You Will

  • Plan and coordinate service activities, from preventive maintenance to firmware updates
  • Manage service orders and cases in your region, ensuring smooth execution end-to-end
  • Monitor SLAs and KPIs for warranty and out-of-warranty cases, keeping customer satisfaction high
  • Dispatch field engineers and service partners, guaranteeing readiness and availability
  • Coordinate on-site services for Siemens and third‑party providers
  • Secure spare parts, manage returns of defective components, and streamline logistics
  • Oversee case management, work order planning, and service platform data quality
  • Track firmware revisions, documentation, and compliance with service agreements
  • Support development of service partners in alignment with regional goals
  • Optimize use of service resources and ensure profitability of SLA services

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in service coordination, planning, or project support
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to connect people, processes, and priorities
  • Proven problem‑solving skills and a proactive, energetic mindset
  • Hands‑on experience in coordinating technical projects or service activities
  • Background in technical industries (installation, construction, manufacturing) is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and a self‑starter mentality
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Dutch and French is an advantage
