Job Description
As Head of Food & Beverage your responsibilities are:
- Lead and inspire the Food & Beverage teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple hospitality outlets and event activities.
- Drive commercial performance through revenue growth initiatives and cost optimisation strategies.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and full P&L responsibility for the department.
- Analyse operational and financial performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with culinary and operational teams to ensure consistency, quality, and innovation across all offerings.
- Develop and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
- Recruit, coach, and develop talent while building strong succession plans.
- Partner with senior management to define and execute long-term business objectives.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in a senior Food & Beverage leadership position within hospitality, hotels, premium restaurants, resorts, or lifestyle venues.
- Strong operational expertise managing multiple outlets and/or events activities.
- Demonstrated success in improving commercial performance and profitability.
- Experience managing budgets and full P&L responsibility.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
