Before applying – Mandatory requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience
• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Engineering or equivalent
• Fluent French is mandatory, both written and spoken
• Strong proficiency in CATIA V5
• Interest in the Defence and Armament sectors
• Willingness to work in Belgium

The Role

As part of the development of our activities in Belgium, we are looking for a Medior / Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to work on high-value technical projects within the Aerospace, Defence and Armament sectors.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical parts, assemblies and tooling using CATIA V5
• Assess the industrial feasibility of designs in collaboration with suppliers and production teams
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, 3D models, bills of materials, specifications and manufacturing files
• Provide technical follow-up with suppliers and ensure compliance with quality, cost and delivery requirements
• Contribute to the mechanical assembly of prototypes and the validation of developed solutions
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and industrial process optimization
• Collaborate with different project stakeholders and ensure smooth communication between teams

Your Profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong proficiency in CATIA V5
• Solid skills in mechanical design and technical documentation
• Fluent French is mandatory, both written and spoken
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Strong interest in technical environments related to Aerospace, Defence and Armament
