What You Will Learn / Do

• Gain hands-on experience in daily restaurant, bar, breakfast and banquet operations.
• Assist with the setup, service and closing procedures across different F&B outlets.
• Support the coordination and smooth execution of meetings, conferences and special events.
• Deliver high-quality service while contributing to guest satisfaction.
• Learn and apply service standards, upselling techniques and Marriott procedures.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, restaurant and banqueting teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Support the F&B administrative team with the daily coordination of operations.
• Assist with staff scheduling, timekeeping and workforce planning.
• Help prepare performance reports and dashboards covering sales, costs and productivity.
• Contribute to order management, invoice processing and inventory follow-up.
• Facilitate communication between restaurants, bars and banqueting teams.
• Support the improvement of administrative and operational processes.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of new F&B concepts and initiatives.
• Support managers and the F&B team in maintaining high-quality standards and continuously improving operations.

To be considered for an internship, you must have a learning agreement of minimum 4 months from your school or university, and be eligible to work in Belgium.
