We are working exclusive with our client to find a Remote Enterprise Account Executive based in Europe.

Our client is a specialist intelligence and advisory business helping governments, defence organisations and global enterprises navigate complex emerging technology markets. Its proposition combines a proprietary intelligence platform with tailored research, analyst support and strategic consulting.
With approximately 70 employees, the company is profitable and has generated around £5.5m in revenue year to date, already exceeding its original full-year target of just under £5m. It is now working towards a significantly more ambitious revenue goal of approximately £10m.
Following strong traction within its space division, the business is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to build senior relationships across Europe and lead complex, strategic opportunities worth £200k and above.

- Growing customer base across government departments, defence organisations, space agencies and other public-sector bodies.
- Existing contracts typically range from £30k to £160k, with this hire focused on £200k+ government engagements.
- Significant opportunity to develop long-term, multi-year public-sector partnerships with seven-figure potential.
- Remote European role with frequent travel for government meetings, conferences and industry events.
Role:
- Own the complete government sales cycle, from identifying priority departments and agencies through to procurement, negotiation and contract award.
- Build a focused territory plan covering governments, defence departments, space agencies and strategically relevant public-sector organisations across Europe.
- Develop senior relationships with government officials, programme leaders, policymakers, procurement teams and technical stakeholders.
- Create opportunities through targeted outreach, existing relationships, referrals, conferences, policy forums and industry networks.
- Identify upcoming government priorities, programmes, tenders and funding initiatives before formal procurement processes begin.
- Lead consultative discovery and translate complex policy, technology and market challenges into tailored intelligence and advisory solutions.
- Build compelling proposals and business cases around strategic planning, technology assessment, supplier mapping, market development and commercialisation.
- Navigate long, multi-threaded sales cycles involving formal procurement, multiple departments and complex approval structures.
- Work closely with analysts, consultants and senior leadership to respond to tenders and develop credible, deliverable solutions.
- Help establish a repeatable government sales motion capable of producing £200k+ contracts and future seven-figure engagements.
Requirements:
- Proven success selling complex, high-value solutions into governments, defence organisations or public-sector agencies.
- Demonstrable experience owning and closing government contracts worth £200k or more.
- Strong understanding of public-sector procurement, tenders, budget cycles and approval processes.
- Experience engaging senior government officials, programme leaders, policymakers, procurement teams and technical specialists.
- Able to identify and influence opportunities before they enter a formal tender process.
- Experience selling technology, data, intelligence, research, consulting or other complex professional services.
- Strong consultative discovery, proposal development and value-based selling skills.
- Comfortable navigating long sales cycles, multiple stakeholder groups and politically sensitive environments.
- Polished, credible and willing to travel frequently, with the persistence and autonomy required to build a government market.
- Base salary of up to £170k x 2 OTE.
- Remote working from the UK or another suitable European location.
- Significant autonomy over territory, account strategy and market development.
