Rollo.ai builds AI agents and automation that change how organizations actually work, not just how their slides look. As a Business Analyst, you sit at the intersection of clients, product and engineering. You translate messy real-world processes into clear journeys, concrete AI use cases and delivery-ready scopes.

Your analysis determines where AI brings the most value, how solutions are shaped, and whether they land smoothly with users. If you enjoy turning ambiguity into clarity and ideas into working systems, this role is for you.

About Rollo.ai

Rollo.ai is a no-nonsense AI company focused on agentic automation and business process optimization. We design and build AI agents that bulldoze busywork so people can focus on what really matters.

You'll join a tight team of engineers, data experts and strategists who like to move fast, think clearly and ship things that work. We care about measurable impact, transparent communication and long-term partnerships with our clients.

What you will do

Discover and shape solutions: Run workshops and interviews with clients to map current processes, pain points and goals.

Identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities that deliver real strategic and operational value – today and in the future.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, challenging assumptions and helping them choose the right problems to solve.

Prototype and define scope: Turn insights into prototypes and mockups (Lovable, Figma, Miro, etc.) to validate ideas with stakeholders early.

Write clear user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria aligned with product and delivery plans.

Help balance ambition vs. feasibility, keeping scope realistic while still pushing for impact.

Bridge business and technology: Collaborate closely with AI, data science, engineering and IT teams to assess technical feasibility.

Support data-related analysis (data needs, basic modeling, KPIs) and contribute to high-level solution/architecture discussions.

Ensure that what is being built always lines up with the business case and success metrics.

Drive delivery and adoption: Lead weekly follow-ups with clients and development teams to track progress, clarify requirements and manage expectations.

Monitor deliverables vs. scope, adjust backlogs and raise risks or blockers early.

Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and organize training, onboarding and adoption support so solutions are actually used.

Support business development: Spot extension opportunities at existing clients (new use cases, additional departments, long-term roadmaps).

Help our sales and product team turn insights into concrete proposals and long-term collaboration plans.
