We're looking for a senior business change manager to guide HRIS adoption, introduce digital tools for field employees and support the launch of a new department. The work combines project change delivery (70%) with developing change management practices and culture (30%).
What you'll do
- Coach team, programme and project managers on change delivery.
- Map affected stakeholders and assess the impact of proposed changes.
- Develop change narratives and plans to build engagement and adoption.
- Deliver change activities through communications, training and workshops.
- Measure adoption and adjust change activities where needed.
- Help establish a central change management function and lasting change practices.
What you bring
- At least seven years of experience in change management.
- Current or previous ADKAR/Prosci certification.
- Proven experience in highly regulated public environments.
- Experience across at least three different sectors.
- Change management experience introducing and positioning new departments and teams.
- Experience supporting HRIS implementations through change management.
- Experience with both operators and digital or administrative employees.
- Experience reporting across multiple organisational levels.
- French (C1).
- Dutch (C1).
Nice to have
- English (C1).
- Excel and Power BI.
- Experience in HR and business process optimisation.
- Experience establishing and implementing a central change management function.
- Experience managing resistance to change in complex projects.
- Energy sector experience.
- Knowledge of Kotter’s model and Lewin’s model.
- Project management experience and knowledge of Agile principles.
