Responsibilities
- Utilise your language skills to support customers with international breakdowns, taking full ownership of the breakdown and providing peace of mind.
- Maintain regular dialogue with dealers doing the repair and update customers with progress.
- Apply a creative and proactive approach to problem solving, thinking outside the box when things are not going smoothly.
- Work collaboratively within a 24/7 operation across multiple sites in Europe and South Africa.
Qualifications
- Customer focused, striving for the best possible service and solution for customers.
- Confident communicator, adapting style to each customer to ensure they feel heard and supported.
- Proactive and creative mindset, solving problems and going the extra mile.
- Team player, supporting and lifting each other up.
- A keen learner, eager to develop skills.
- Open to working in shifts, providing round‑the-clock service.
- Fluent (written and verbal) in English, Czech and another Eastern European language.
