The Receptionist role in our Aspria Brussels Arts-Loi club isthe perfect opportunity for a highly motivated and energetic individualwith excellent interpersonal skills who wants to be part of thefast-moving and dynamic world of Health Clubs.

Your responsibilities
- Welcoming members, offering an efficient, friendly and polite welcome
- Dealing with telephone enquiries
- Taking bookings promptly and efficiently
- Dealing with Members complaints and answer requests/questions
- Collecting all payments from the Members by cash, credit cardin accordance with information and correspondence received and dispensechange
- Interacting and co-operating fully with all Club Department
Your background
- First work experience in a Customer Service environment
- Fluent in French and English - another European language is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Stress resistant
- Highly organized and at ease with reservation software
- Flexible, shifts are between 06.30 and 22.30 and we are open during the weekend from 09.00-19.00
- Great team spirit and energetic personality
