Business Development Manager EU & NATO (Brussels)

WHAT WILL YOUR MISSION BE?
WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS?
- Business development within European Union and NATO institutions, strengthening Grupo Oesía's presence and positioning in strategic programmes and initiatives.
- Identification and development of new business opportunities within the European defence, security and advanced technologies ecosystem.
- Leading the company's participation in European and NATO R&D initiatives.
- Development and management of strategic partnerships with European companies, partners and consortia.
- Representation of Grupo Oesía at events, industry forums, working groups and relevant EU and NATO platforms.
- Monitoring and analysis of the European defence and technology ecosystem to anticipate new opportunities, trends and future needs.
- Promotion of international collaborations with high industrial and technological impact.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 5+ years of experience in the defence, security or advanced technology industries and/or project management related to defence or security.
- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of European industrial cooperation, technological innovation and the development of international partnerships.
- Ability to identify, develop and structure complex business opportunities.
- Ability to engage with and represent the company before international institutions, organisations and companies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills.
- Strategic mindset and ability to operate effectively in institutional and multinational environments.
- C1 level of English and Spanish.
- Projects with real technological impact.
