- An offshore staff augmentation service, focused on Vietnamese IT professionals

The role
This role is designed as an entry point into a Chief of Staff career path.
As Executive Assistant, you will work directly with the CEO across strategic, commercial, and operational initiatives. You will take ownership of projects for which the CEO is accountable, coordinate execution across teams, and ensure that priorities move forward in a structured and reliable way.
This is not a traditional executive assistant role. It is a hands-on position for someone who wants exposure to leadership, decision-making, and company-wide operations, with a clear path toward a future Chief of Staff or senior operational leadership role.
This role requires regular, in-person presence at our Antwerp headquarters, which is the CEO's primary day-to-day working location. The position is not suitable for fully remote candidates.

Unlike traditional roles that focus on a single function, this position provides wide visibility and responsibility across the organization, making it an ideal foundation for roles such as Chief of Staff, Head of Operations, or other senior leadership positions.
What you will do
CEO & strategic support
- Act as a trusted partner to the CEO on strategic and operational priorities
- Own and drive projects where the CEO is accountable
- Prepare high-quality presentations, briefs, and decision-making materials
- Translate strategy into structured action plans, milestones, and follow-ups
Cross-functional project ownership
- Coordinate and drive initiatives across:
- Sales and Presales
- Marketing
- Professional Services and Implementations
- International and offshore teams
- Ensure alignment between stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and execution gaps
Business & operations exposure
- Support commercial initiatives and customer engagements
- Help structure internal processes, communication flows, and execution models
- Partner with our consulting and service teams to drive operational excellence and seamless delivery.
International collaboration
- Work closely with teams across Europe and Vietnam
- Support offshore delivery coordination and customer offshore setup initiatives
- Operate effectively across cultures, time zones, and working styles
Who you are
