Arrangements: Full-time; hybrid. Start after completion of the selection procedure; administrative dates specify 07/12/2026–07/03/2027.

The Immigration Office is transforming its digital workplace through the eMigration programme. The programme modernizes business applications, strengthens collaboration and builds an integrated, agile IT environment. The Domain Delivery Lead works within the Directorate-General and guides strategic application delivery across several squads.

The lead unites teams around shared business priorities and creates the conditions for autonomy. Responsibilities cover global planning, dependencies, domain ceremonies, obstacle removal and coaching. The assignment also includes change requests, transparent reporting, escalation, supplier partnerships and budget management.

The profile combines at least 10 years in a similar function with strong agile, governance and technical delivery knowledge. Scrum and ITIL certifications are required, while Microsoft Azure certification is preferred. The assignment is full-time and hybrid in Brussels for three months, with administrative dates from 7 December 2026 to 7 March 2027. The narrative requests a start as soon as possible after selection, which should be reconciled with the administrative dates.
