The Cayman Group originated from a chance occurrence in one man's life – a stay at an ibis hotel – and has since grown into a family business that leaves no room for chance. The key word? As well as being the Accor Group’s largest Belgian franchisee, with 14 hotels in operation under the ibis, ibis budget, Novotel and Moxy brands, the company also owns a Holiday Inn Express in France and is finalising preparations for a brand-new establishment in Spain. The journey continues with new openings on the horizon for 2025, reflecting a constant ambition and an ability to seize opportunities, making the Cayman Group an indispensable player in the European hotel and property landscape. We are looking for an operations manager for one of our hotels in Brussels. What if you finally had the means to bring your ideas to life? Your playing field As Operations Manager, you oversee hotel operations, enhance the guest experience and support teams on a daily basis. Uurrooster We are looking for energy and the right mindset. - Experience in operational management within the hospitality industry
- Excellent command of French and English
- Dutch is a plus
- Mobility in Belgium is essential
