Job Description
Your responsibilities as an Office Manager in a creative and design-driven environment:
- Oversee the day-to-day office operations and ensure a seamless workplace experience.
- Coordinate facilities, suppliers, events, and office resources.
- Support leadership and teams with administrative and operational matters.
- Manage priorities, solve challenges, and bring structure to a dynamic environment.
- Foster a positive, efficient, and collaborative office culture.
The Successful Applicant
Your strenghts as an Office Manager in a creative and design-driven environment:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar all-round position.
- Fluent in Dutch, English, and French.
- Highly organized and able to create structure in a fast-moving environment.
- Creative, hands-on, and proactive in finding solutions.
- Strong communicator with a trustworthy and positive mindset.
