# Corpay Careers## Business Development AssociateAnsøg: BEL Remote – Cross Border: Full time: Slået op i dag: Slutdato: 30. oktober 2026 (Der kan kun ansøges i 1 dag endnu): R10010# # Your role# # What you'll be doingWhat We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Business Development Associate within our Corpay Cross Border division (a Corpay company) is located in Brussels, Belgium. In this role, you will support the regional business development of high-value corporate clients with a specific focus on the French speaking markets in Europe (Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Switzerland). You will report directly to the Country Director of Belgium and regularly collaborate with analysts and strategists across the EMEA region to support the Sales activity. How We WorkAs a Business Development Associate, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
* Assigned workspace in Brussels office.

* Formal, hands-on training with local management and teammates Role ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include:
* Researching and qualifying potential clients to build a database of leads.
* Driving initial sales pipeline through highly targeted, multi-channel B2B outreach. You will leverage professional networks, social selling, and bespoke communication to engage and consult with C-level executives across a diverse range of sectors.
* Learning your clients’ businesses and working to explore and uncover key problems and challenges, whilst educating them on how Alpha’s solutions can solve them.
* Working closely with dealers and account managers to build and present valuable risk management and payment solutions to clients
- in time learning how to develop these solutions yourself.
* Identifying viable clients and sharing these across the team. Qualifications & Skills* Fluent in French or Dutch + English, with any other European language being a good addition.
* Strong sense of urgency and action-oriented mindset
* Highly coachable; quickly applies feedback.
* Ambitious with a clear growth mindset

* Transport from home to work: fully paid out via expense Pay TransparencyThe salary range for this position is €45,000 – €52,000 gross per year. The final offer will be determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including relevant skills, professional experience, and qualifications. Corpay maintains structured compensation practices and regularly reviews pay to support compliance with equal pay principles and applicable EU legislation. Additional compensation elements, including benefits and variable pay (if applicable), will be discussed during the recruitment process.
