Macadamia is seeking a Founding GTM Lead to drive go-to-market strategy from scratch. You will own pipeline generation end-to-end, working directly with the founders to accelerate growth in the EPC space.
You will build and execute outbound campaigns, qualify opportunities, and optimize CRM-driven processes. This role offers full-time potential with remote options and collaboration across Ghent and BE teams.
