Akkodis is hiring – Senior Business Development Manager | E-Mobility & Smart Charging
Akkodis is currently looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join one of our clients in the field of e-mobility and smart energy solutions.
You will join an international environment and play a key role in supporting the commercial development of innovative solutions at the intersection of automotive, energy and digital technologies.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute business development and go-to-market strategies for e-mobility solutions
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across European markets
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with key players in the automotive, energy and mobility ecosystems
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Operations teams to align commercial objectives with market needs
- Contribute to the development of EV charging and smart energy solutions
- Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitive developments in the e-mobility sector
- Prepare and present business cases, commercial proposals and strategic recommendations
- Master’s degree or equivalent, ideally in Business, Engineering, Energy, Mobility or a related field
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Product Management or Commercial Strategy
- Previous experience in E-Mobility, EV Charging, Energy Solutions, Utilities or Automotive
- Experience developing business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and commercial skills
- International experience and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment
- Professional proficiency in English and French
Experience: 5 to 10 years
