We're looking for an IT support technician to be a visible point of contact for employees. You'll combine hands-on troubleshooting with incident management across PCs, mobile devices and meeting room technology.
What you'll do
- Resolve technical issues for employees, remotely and in person.
- Prepare IT equipment and support onboarding for new joiners.
- Support meeting room technology.
- Manage incidents and service requests through to resolution.
- Work with infrastructure and other IT teams to improve services.
- Document solutions and share knowledge to improve everyday support.
What you bring
- At least three years of IT support or service desk experience.
- A bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
- Practical knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 (Office 365).
- Experience supporting mobile devices, including iOS and Android tablets.
- Knowledge of Canon printers and uniFLOW.
- Understanding of networks, including VLANs and Wi-Fi.
- Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra and Exchange Online, or willingness to learn.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- A proactive approach to solving problems and working with colleagues.
