Samsonite is seeking an E‑Commerce Order Administrator to support the order flow from entry to delivery. You will be hands-on, detail-oriented and customer-focused to ensure accurate processing and timely communication with internal teams and customers.
The role requires proficiency in English and experience with Excel and Outlook; SAP or Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus. You will provide back-office support, monitor orders, and assist during peak periods while upholding Samsonite's service
