Functieomschrijving Als HR Manager bij Comeos ben je de katalysator voor een vernieuwend HR beleid. samen met het management team om dit beleid te vertalen naar concrete acties die de cultuur en
Je geeft vorm aan het HR-beleid binnen de organisatie en je zorgt voor een effectieve uitvoering, opvolging en bijsturing van HR-processen en -procedures.
Je begeleidt talent management, change management initiatieven om organisatorische veranderingen te beheren en de betrokkenheid van medewerkers te vergroten.
Je bent de betrouwbare en gewaardeerde gesprekspartner voor leidinggevenden, werknemers en externe partijen voor wat betreft de brede HR-dienstverlening binnen onze organisatie.
Voor de afhandeling van de HR-administratie krijg je interne ondersteuning en werk je samen met het sociaal secretariaat.
Je bewaakt de naleving van de sociale wetgeving, inclusief het bijwerken van beleidsdocumenten en procedures.
Met jouw hoger diploma en sterke ervaring in een generalistische HR-functie (minstens 5 jaar) heb je reeds een mooie basis als allround HR-professional.
Je bent thuis in zowel hard als soft HR en kan buigen op een uitstekende kennis van HR-processen, sociale wetgeving en 'best practices' op het gebied van HR-management.
Je bent zeer goed tweetalig Nederlands/Frans.
