Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing personnel administration from A to Z, including tracking social documents, collaborating with payroll colleagues, and providing excellent support to employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage group insurance, company cards, annual and monthly economic unemployment declarations to ONEM, administrative follow-up of A1 documents, etc.
  • Be available to employees for their questions regarding HR & payroll administration
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent administrative skills and ability to work precisely and structuredly
  • Good team communication and open-mindedness
  • Knowledge of SAP HR is a plus
  • Proficiency in Office 365 software (Word, Excel, etc.)
