Accounting Manager

Functieomschrijving Als Accounting Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige financiële administratie van de organisatie, inclusief de opstelling van jaarrekeningen, fiscale aangiften en de bewaking van de financiële cijfers. Je stuurt een team van accountants aan, zorgt voor een nauwkeurige en tijdige afsluiting van de boekhouding en waarborgt de naleving van financiële regelgeving. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van vaste activa (fixed assets), fungeer je als contactpersoon voor banken en speel je een sleutelrol in de optimalisatie van financiële processen. Leidinggeven aan het Accounting Team:
- Aansturen, begeleiden en coachen van een team van accountants
- Zorgen voor een efficiënte werkverdeling en het waarborgen van de kwaliteit van de financiële rapportages
- Eindverantwoordelijk voor de opstelling van de jaarrekeningen voor alle entiteiten binnen de organisatie
- Zorgen voor de naleving van lokale en internationale boekhoudkundige standaarden (BGAAP, IFRS)
- Verantwoordelijk voor de indiening van de aangiften vennootschapsbelasting en andere fiscale verplichtingen
- Zorgen voor nauwkeurige fiscale rapportages en optimale belastingplanning in samenwerking met externe adviseurs
- Eindverantwoordelijk voor de nauwkeurigheid en betrouwbaarheid van de financiële cijfers
- Zorgen voor een correcte maand- en jaarafsluiting
- Verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de vaste activa, inclusief de registratie, waardering en afschrijvingen
- Zorgdragen voor een correct overzicht van alle activa en hun boekhoudkundige verwerking volgens de geldende regelgeving
- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van interne controles om de integriteit van de financiële administratie te waarborgen
- Beheren van financiële risico’s en zorgen voor naleving van wettelijke en interne richtlijnen
- Identificeren van mogelijkheden voor procesverbetering en implementeren van efficiëntere werkwijzen binnen het accounting team
- Zorgen voor een continue verbetering van de financiële administratie en rapportageprocessen
- Nauw samenwerken met het controlling team en andere afdelingen om financiële inzichten en rapportages te optimaliseren
- Fungeren als financieel aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne als externe stakeholders
- Je behaalde een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of Master Accountancy, Fiscale wetenschappen
- Je hebt minimaal 7 jaar ervaring in accountancy, waarvan enkele jaren in een leidinggevende rol
- Je hebt grondige kennis van de IFRS standaarden en de BGAAP Accounting standaarden en bent bereid om je kennis steeds up-to-date te houden
- Je hebt ervaring met vennootschapsbelasting en fiscale regelgeving
- Je hebt ervaring met bankrelaties en financieel management
- Je bent resultaatgericht, nauwkeurig en proactief in procesoptimalisatie
- Ervaring met Oracle Fusion is een groot pluspunt
- Je beschikt over:
- Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden
- Leiderschapscapaciteiten en ervaring met het aansturen van teams
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel in het Nederlands als Engels
