Hoe doeltreffend beheren we onze risico's? Op welke manier kan het nog beter? De afdeling Interne Audit helpt alle entiteiten van KBC Groep om een antwoord te vinden op die vragen. Jouw focus binnen dit team zijn de processen binnen het domein Financiële Markten (trading, sales, controlling, ) en marktrisico's (trading market risks, counterparty credit risks).Als auditeur bij KBC kan je rekenen op een stimulerende, intellectueel uitdagende werkcontext. Niet in het minst omdat het wetgevend kader continu evolueert. Je leert snel bij en verwerft unieke inzichten
Functieomschrijving ? Je voert auditopdrachten end-to-end uit op een kwalitatieve manier, met respect voor deadlines. Afhankelijk van de scope van de opdracht maak je deel uit van of leid je een team van collega-auditeurs.
? Je identificeert operationele risico's in processen en je bent in staat om ook risico's buiten operationele scope te identificeren.
? Je onderbouwt waarom een risico onvoldoende gemitigeerd is.
? Je staaft je argumentatie met data.
? De inzichten uit de auditopdracht presenteer je aan het lijnmanagement. Daarbij overtuig je hen om verandering door te voeren aan interne controles of aan hoe een bepaald risico beheerd wordt.
? Wanneer dat nodig is, kan je rekenen de ondersteuning van het managementteam.
Profiel
Je hebt een masterdiploma in een relevant domein zoals economie, handelsingenieur of handelswetenschappen.
Financiële markten, de supervisory frameworks, modelling, risicobeheer . Het zijn topics die je boeien.
Je hebt ervaring in een van deze domeinen: dealing room, in vermogensbeheer, brokerage, (markt)risicobeheer, back office of in financiële controle.
Ken je Python? Een grote meerwaarde, maar niet noodzakelijk.
Details vallen je op, maar leiden je niet af van het grotere plaatje. Je vat snel de essentie van een proces of een (juridische) tekst.
Je communiceert sterk in het Engels en kennis Nederlands is een grote plus. Zo lukt het je bijvoorbeeld prima om een helder rapport op te stellen of een treffende presentatie geven in het Engels.
Net zoals je collega's bereik je graag doelen als team.
Je aanpak? Resultaatgericht, kritisch en pragmatisch.
