Comeos représente le commerce et les services en Belgique. Ses adhérents vendent aux entreprises ou directement au consommateur, aussi bien dans des points de vente qu'en ligne. Ils sont actifs dans 18 secteurs et comprennent des petits et grands commerces, des chaînes de restaurants et des entreprises de catering. Le secteur du commerce réalise 11% du PIB et occupe 550.000 personnes, ce qui en fait le plus important employeur privé du pays, en contact quotidien avec des millions de personnes. La mission de Comeos est de renforcer le secteur, de promouvoir l'innovation, d'unir les entreprises commerciales et de défendre leurs intérêts tant au niveau national qu'international.
Description de la fonction En tant que responsable des ressources humaines chez Comeos, vous êtes le catalyseur d'une
politique RH innovante. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de direction pour
traduire cette politique en actions concrètes afin de renforcer la culture et l'engagement des employés.
  • Vous donnez forme à la politique RH au sein de l'organisation et assurez une mise en œuvre, un suivi et un ajustement des processus et procédures RH.
  • Vous accompagnez la gestion des talents, les initiatives de gestion du changement pour gérer les modifications organisationnelles et accroître l'engagement des employés.
  • Vous êtes le partenaire fiable et apprécié des cadres, des employés et des parties externes en ce qui concerne la prestation étendue des services RH au sein de notre organisation.
  • Pour le traitement de l'administration RH, vous bénéficiez d'un soutien interne et travaillez en collaboration avec le secrétariat social.
  • Vous veillez au respect de la législation sociale, y compris à la mise à jour des documents et des procédures politiques.
  • Vous êtes responsable de la professionnalisation et de l'optimisation continue du processus de recrutement et de sélection (y compris la contractualisation et le onboarding) pour attirer les bons talents qui soutiennent notre croissance continue.
  • Vous accordez une grande attention à tous les aspects du bien-être au travail. Dans ce cadre, vous misez sur la formation et le développement, l'évaluation des performances et d'autres projets qui contribuent à une culture de travail positive et inclusive.
Profil
  • Avec votre diplôme supérieur et votre solide expérience dans une fonction généraliste en RH (au moins 5 ans), vous avez déjà une solide base en tant que professionnel(le) RH polyvalent(e).
  • Vous êtes à l'aise à la fois dans le domaine RH tant opérationnel que stratégique. En effet, vous bénéficiez d'une excellente connaissance des processus RH, de la législation sociale et des « best practices » de votre domaine d'expertise.
  • Vous êtes proactif(ve) dans la mise en œuvre d'initiatives visant à favoriser l'engagement des employés et à soutenir l'organisation.
  • Vous avez une passion pour le coaching et aspirez à contribuer à la mise en œuvre d'une culture positive et d'un environnement de travail stimulant.
  • Vous êtes tout aussi à l'aise pour définir les orientations stratégiques que pour participer activement à des tâches opérationnelles.
  • Vous êtes orienté(e)vers les résultats et capable de travailler de manière méthodique et organisée.
  • Vous excellez dans la communication et démontrez une remarquable aptitude à convaincre. Vous êtes bilingue en néerlandais et en français.
