Dat doet ze door in te zetten op resultaatgericht werk, aantrekkelijke kantoren, nieuwe technologieën en een verdere digitalisering van haar werking. De Regie der Gebouwen heeft een IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) geïmplementeerd waarin heel wat informatie, data en processen opgenomen zijn die cruciaal zijn voor de goede werking en de realisatie van de doelstellingen van de organisatie. Het IWMS-platform is nog steeds in ontwikkeling en nieuwe modules en functionaliteiten moeten nog verder geïmplementeerd worden. Hiervoor werd een programma opgezet met verschillende projecten en een team van medewerkers die de verschillende projecten realiseren.
In de functie van junior business analyst vorm je voor deze projecten de brug tussen de business, de ICT-dienst en leverancier en vorm je de basis voor het uitwerken van (ICT-)oplossingen op maat. Je onderzoekt de juiste integratie van de voorgestelde oplossingen in de huidige en toekomstige systemen en je stelt oplossingen voor aan de organisatie, rekening houdend met de technische haalbaarheid en de economische realiteit;
Je beschrijft en analyseert de business processen binnen het domein van vastgoedbeheer, contractbeheer, ruimtebeheer, onderhoud van gebouwen, facility diensten of energiebeheer;
Je verzamelt de behoeften bij de verschillende stakeholders binnen en buiten de organisatie en vertaalt deze naar business en data requirements voor verdere configuratie of ontwikkeling door de ICT-dienst of leverancier van de toepassing/platform;
Je maakt testscenario's op en ondersteunt en coördineert de user acceptance tests;
Je stelt gebruikershandleidingen op en werk nauw samen met de change manager voor het geven van trainingen en opleidingen aan de eindgebruikers;
Je geeft opleidingen aan de eindgebruikers en biedt ondersteuning bij de implementatie van nieuwe functionaliteiten;
Je volgt de evoluties in de domeinen die je zullen worden toevertrouwd en van de markt en de trends, om zo de kwaliteit van de uit te voeren opdrachten voortdurend te verbeteren, in lijn met zowel de (ICT-)strategie als de evolutie van het vakgebied.
Je hebt 1 jaar ervaring in het domein business analyse, functionele analyse, project management of change management;
Je motivatie is extra belangrijk, net als de gedragscompetenties Communiceren en Oplossingsgericht zijn ;
Een goede kennis van het Frans en van procesanalyse zijn pluspunten.
