Functieomschrijving Familiehulp vzw is op zoek naar een controller (financieel analist). Ben je iemand die graag in een fijn team werkt om tijdig kwaliteitsvolle begrotingen aan te leveren? Ga je graag in overleg met het managementteam om duiding te geven over resultatenrekeningen? Creëer je graag zicht op de financiële impact van projecten? Bouw je graag mee aan de goede werking van onze financiële afdelingen? Dan is deze vacature zeker iets voor jou:
je zorgt voor samenhang tussen de te begroten elementen (bv. kosten en subsidies);
je creëert zicht op de verschillen tussen cijfers (tussen verschillende periodes, tussen begroting en realiteit);
je bereidt presentaties over de begroting voor het management voor;
je voert controle uit en analyseert de door de boekhouding opgeleverde resultatenrekeningen;
je beoordeelt samen met je collega's de financiële haalbaarheid van voorgelegde projecten;
je neemt deel aan teamoverleggen;
je bewaakt mee de interne klanttevredenheid;
je werkt mee aan een goede interne en externe communicatie.
Profiel
Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een economische richting;
Je hebt aandacht voor detail en bent analysevaardig;
Je kan vlot syntheses maken;
Je bent oplossingsgericht;
Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel, Powerpoint en Word;
Je ademt "teamwork makes the dream work";
je bent sterk in mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatie.
