About Lopos:
Lopos is a Belgian tech company and spin-off of Imec and the IDLab research groups of the University of Gent, pioneering in UWB (Ultra-wideband) technology. As our technology evolved, so did our company, becoming a full-fledged IoT niche player in the international market for safety warning systems between vehicles and people.
Lopos is now in an exciting scale-up phase and looking for a dynamic leader to drive our European growth as VP of Sales & Operations, EMEA. This is an entrepreneurial role with full autonomy over sales, operations, and strategy while our CEO moves to North America to expand the business in the US & Canada.

What will you do:
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own and execute the European sales strategy, personally closing enterprise deals.
- Develop strategic partnerships and expand market share.
- Lead, coach, and scale the sales team.
- Refine sales playbooks, pricing, and value propositions.
Operations & Business Management
- Oversee financial planning, and operational efficiency.
- Optimize sales and customer success processes.
- Scale internal processes to support rapid business growth.
Strategic Leadership
- Build and mentor high-performing sales and operations teams.
- Act as an inspirational leader, driving a high-performance culture.
Who are you:
- 5-10 years of experience in a B2B leadership role in sales, operations, or general management.
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals and scaling revenue in B2B markets.
- Experience in driving business growth.
- Personal network in (3PL) logistics, (food) manufacturing or material handling equipment (preferred).
- Fluent in Dutch & English (other languages a plus).
- Entrepreneurial mindset: Hands-on, proactive, and energized by building new business opportunities in a fast-growing market.
Ideal Background
Sales leaders with regional or operational experience.
GMs at Series A/B startups with both commercial & operational expertise.
Strategy consultants (logistics, IoT, supply chain) who transitioned into startups.
Senior sales or operations managers who have moved from corporates to startups.
