We seek an exceptional leader to assume the role of VP of Sales & Operations, EMEA, driving our European sales and operations with full autonomy.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning and executing the European sales strategy, focusing on closing enterprise deals and expanding market share.
  • Leading, coaching, and scaling the sales team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Developing strategic partnerships and refining sales playbooks, pricing, and value propositions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, leveraging your expertise in sales, operations, or general management.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a B2B leadership role, preferably in sales, operations, or general management.
  • A proven track record of closing enterprise deals and driving revenue growth in B2B markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving business growth.
