Job Title: Culture and Growth LeadWe're seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our culture and growth initiatives. As our first HR Manager, you'll be responsible for building a cohesive culture across HQ, remote teams, and store locations. Your goal will be to foster a positive environment where teams feel engaged, valued, and motivated.
Responsibilities- Build a Cohesive Culture: Build a cohesive culture across HQ, remote teams, and store locations. Organize team-building activities, workshops, and feedback sessions to drive engagement. Act as a trusted resource for employees to share ideas, feedback, or concerns. Foster a positive environment in our store teams to ensure harmony and motivation.
- Create Customized Growth Paths: Work with managers to create customized growth paths for every team member. Design Personal Development Plans (PDPs) that align employee goals with company objectives. Conduct quarterly check-ins to track progress and adjust growth paths. Develop a framework for promotions, leadership opportunities, and internal transfers.
- Lead Recruitment Efforts: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent locally and remotely. Streamline hiring processes to reduce time-to-hire and improve candidate experience. Design a seamless onboarding program to integrate new hires and set them up for success.
