Hays is voor een klant actief binnen de medische sector op zoek naar een ervaren Accounting Manager . Deze snelgroeiende onderneming telt meerdere vestigingen en bevindt zich in een dynamische scale-upfase, gekenmerkt door overnames en integraties. Je komt terecht in een hecht en ambitieus finance team waar ruimte is voor initiatief en persoonlijke groei.
Jouw nieuwe functie
Als Accounting Manager stuur je een team van ongeveer zeven medewerkers aan en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige boekhouding van de verschillende entiteiten en het hoofdkantoor. Je fungeert als schakel tussen accounting en controlling en bent het aanspreekpunt voor de praktijkverantwoordelijken.
Eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de maand- en jaarafsluitingen, fiscale verplichtingen en externe audits
Opvolging van intercompany transacties en integratie van nieuwe entiteiten in samenwerking met de Finance Manager
Coaching en begeleiding van het accounting team
Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een financiële of economische richting
Je hebt 10 tot 15 jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur met leidinggevende verantwoordelijkheden
Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, en professionele kennis van het Engels en Frans
Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Excel en bent leergierig wat betreft nieuwe software
