In deze functie krijg je de kans om je vaardigheden te laten zien binnen een breed scala aan activiteiten en jezelf continu te ontwikkelen in een dynamische omgeving. Wat ga je doen? Talentmanagement: Jij beheert de tijdelijke workforce (freelancers, contractoren, etc.) bij onze klant. Leveranciersbeheer: Je onderhoudt relaties met externe leveranciers van talent en zorgt voor vlotte onboarding, communicatie en coördinatie. Klantrelatiebeheer: Je werkt nauw samen met de business, begrijpt hun noden en fungeert als neutrale schakel tussen klant en leveranciers. Contractbeheer: Je stelt inkooporders op voor nieuwe opdrachten of verlengingen, in samenwerking met Procurement. Rapportage & administratie: Je zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van processen en systemen. Technologiegebruik: Je werkt dagelijks met Vendor Management Systemen (VMS). Wat breng je mee? Een proactieve, klantgerichte houding en oog voor detail. Ervaring binnen recruitment, HR of procurement. Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om te plannen en te prioriteren. Vlotte communicatie op verschillende niveaus binnen een organisatie. Flexibiliteit in een snel veranderende werkomgeving. Meertaligheid (Nederlands, Frans én Engels).
