En tant que Corporate Communication manager, vous participez à l’élaboration de la stratégie de communication externe de la SNCB et à sa mise en œuvre. Vous veillez à la cohérence des messages diffusés en externe, renforcez l’image de l’entreprise et assurez la gestion des relations avec les parties prenantes clés (partenaires externes, agences, etc.). Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Corporate Communication Manager pour renforcer la direction Corporate communication & Public Affairs afin de développer du contenu Corporate varié et de soutenir le positionnement externe de la SNCB en fonction des différentes cibles.

En tant que Corporate communication manager, vos principales tâches sont les suivantes :
Vous élaborez les plans de communication Corporate externe en lien avec les objectifs de la SNCB et vous êtes responsable des publications Corporate externes telles que le Facts & Figures et le rapport ESG de la SNCB.
Vous assurez le contenu, la qualité, la cohérence et le respect des délais des livrables produits par les partenaires externes.
Vous développez et assurez le suivi de projets de communication externe de manière transversale (articles pour le site web, podcasts, gestion des réseaux sociaux, etc.). Vous contribuez activement au plan de communication global.
Vous assurez le suivi des indicateurs de performance, en prioritisant les projets et la cohérence des actions de communication externe.
Vous avez une connaissance et expérience en Community Management : vous gérez, avec des membres de l’équipe, les réseaux sociaux de la SNCB en effectuant du Community Management et vous assurez une veille sur différents aspects :
concurrentielle afin d’innover dans la communication et attirer un nouveau public.
technique sur les évolutions des usages numériques, des comportements des publics et des innovations en matière de communication digitale.

Vous avez un master (ou équivalent par expérience), une expérience de minimum 5 ans en communication corporate et une première expérience en gestion d’équipe.

Vous communiquez aisément, aussi bien en français qu’en néerlandais.
Vous disposez d'excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et de synthèse (briefs clairs et précis), adaptez vos messages selon les publics cibles et produisez rapidement du contenu de qualité sur base de briefings stratégiques.
Vous suivez avec organisation et rigueur les plannings, les livrables et les validations avec les partenaires externes.
Vous contribuez à créer une dynamique positive au sein de l’équipe, en favorisant la cohérence des actions de communication externe.
Vous connaissez le monde politique, économique et social dans lequel évolue la SNCB.
