Als Corporate Communication Manager werk je mee aan de uitwerking en implementatie van de externe communicatiestrategie van NMBS . Je zorgt voor de coherentie van de boodschappen die extern verspreid worden, je versterkt het imago van het bedrijf en beheert de relaties met belangrijke stakeholders (externe partners, agentschappen, enz.).
We zijn op zoek naar een Corporate Communication Manager om de directie Corporate Communication & Public Affairs te versterken. Je helpt NMBS om gevarieerde corporate content te ontwikkelen en om de externe positionering van NMBS te ondersteunen, afgestemd op verschillende doelgroepen.
Als Corporate Communication Manager zijn jouw belangrijkste taken de volgende:
Je stuurt en coördineert de externe agentschappen en dienstverleners die instaan voor het creëren van content en het design van bepaalde externe publicaties. Je bewaakt de inhoud, kwaliteit, coherentie en deadlines van de deliverables die door externe partners worden geproduceerd.
Je ontwikkelt en volgt externe communicatieprojecten op een transversale manier op (artikels voor de website, podcasts, beheer van sociale media, enz.). Je bent creatief en zorgt voor nieuwe en impactvolle content die in lijn staat met de strategie en waarden van het bedrijf. Je werkt samen met de andere teams binnen NMBS om de initiatieven van NMBS in de kijker te zetten en extern zichtbaar te maken.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een team van 6 personen en speelt een rol in de dynamiek van het team door medewerkers aan te sturen, samenwerking te faciliteren, best practices te delen en de coherentie van communicatieacties te bewaken.
Je hebt kennis en ervaring in Community Management: je zorgt samen met teamleden voor het beheer van de sociale netwerkeen van NMBS en voor monitoring:
Concurrentieel: om te innoveren in communicatie en een nieuw publiek aan te trekken.
Technisch: over evoluties in digitaal gebruik, gedragingen van doelgroepen en innovaties op het vlak van digitale communicatie.
Je beschikt over een masterdiploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring), hebt een ervaring van minstens 5 jaar in corporate communicatie en een eerste ervaring in het beheren van een team.
Je communiceert vlot, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Frans.
Je beschikt over uitstekende schrijf- en synthesevaardigheden (duidelijke en precieze briefs), past je boodschappen aan volgens de doelgroepen en produceert snel kwalitatieve content op basis van strategische briefings.
Je volgt georganiseerd en nauwkeurig de planningen, deliverables en validaties op met externe partners.
Je draagt bij aan een positieve dynamiek binnen het team door de coherentie van de externe communicatieacties te bevorderen.
