Functieomschrijving Als Operational Services Assistant werk je voor teams die gespecialiseerd zijn in toepassingen in verband met de sociale zekerheid, de gezondheidszorg of Defensie. • Je monitort verschillende toepassingen en behandelt, in samenwerking met de IT-teams, alle technische of business gerelateerde problemen die worden gedetecteerd. • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren en bewaken van operationele taken die verband houden met de goede werking van de toepassingen en businessprocessen. • Op basis van documenten van de IT-teams stel je testscenario’s op, zorg je voor de uitvoering ervan (acceptatietests) en rapporteer je over de verkregen resultaten. • Je biedt tweedelijns ondersteuning voor vragen met betrekking tot de toepassingen die door het team worden beheerd. • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor institutionele klanten (B2B) voor alle operationele vragen. • Je stelt procedures op en houdt ze up-to-date voor de verschillende operationele taken die in het team worden uitgevoerd. • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het rapporteren over de gebieden die je bezighouden. • Je ondersteunt de teamleader bij het coördineren van taken binnen het team, zodat de medewerkers zo efficiënt en zelfstandig mogelijk kunnen werken. • Je helpt bij het organiseren van kennisoverdracht binnen het team en ondersteunt de teamleden bij het uitvoeren van hun taken. Profiel Je behaalde een bachelordiploma of beschikt over enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
