Junior FP&A Analyst Competitive salary plus benefits Belgium | Brussels Talent Precision Group is partnering with a global digital asset trading firm to recruit a Junior FP&A Analyst for its growing finance team. The business operates internationally in a fast paced, technology driven environment. This newly created role sits within the FP&A function and reports to the FP&A Manager, with a focus on financial reporting, cost control, and product level analysis. The role offers strong exposure to complex trading activity and close collaboration with commercial and operational teams, making it well suited to an analytically minded finance professional looking to develop in a high growth environment. Responsibilities Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and prepare management accounts and internal reporting packs Produce product level P&L and perform reconciliations across fiat and crypto balances, revenues, trading volumes, and fees Validate product level revenue streams including spreads, fees, funding, and commissions Investigate and resolve P&L or position discrepancies with trading, commercial, and operational teams Collect, verify, and challenge revenue inputs, ensuring accuracy across multiple business units Monitor, track, and analyse operating costs, margins, profitability, and cost attribution Own the mapping and allocation of revenues and costs to business units and cost centres Act as a finance partner by delivering variance analysis, financial insights, forecasting support, and decision guidance Strengthen internal controls over financial reporting, data flows, reconciliations, and financial discipline Support process automation, ERP and reporting system enhancements, and contribute to ad hoc financial analysis and projects Qualifications 2 to 4 years of experience in accounting, audit, financial control, product control, or FP&A Strong understanding of core accounting principles; Belgian GAAP knowledge is a plus Experience with monthly close, reconciliations, and financial reporting Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, or similar Familiarity with crypto concepts such as wallets, transactions, and revenue types is advantageous Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally Comfortable operating in a fast paced, evolving environment Talent Precision Group is dedicated to fostering a culture of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
