Tasks Define and execute sourcing strategies for Transport & Distribution categories. Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFPs and supplier selection. Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and supply continuity. Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and competitive intelligence. Lead commercial negotiations and develop appropriate commercial models. Negotiate and manage Master Agreements throughout their lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement sourcing strategies. Develop business cases, including make-versus-buy analyses. Integrate risk management, compliance, and sustainability into sourcing activities. Profile You have at least 5 years of experience in procurement or category management roles. You have previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry You possess strong knowledge of sourcing and negotiation strategies You are skilled at contract management You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. You display flexibility and adaptability in response to changing regulations and market conditions. You are fluent in English. French is a plus.
