Category Manager - Transport & Distribution (Commercial & Clinical Trials)

MSI Pharma is supporting a leading Belgian headquartered Biopharmaceutical company in their search for an experienced Category Manager to manage Transport & Distribution within Patient Supply. This role is critical to ensuring continuity of patient supply and driving best-in-class sourcing strategies across a global network.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for Transport & Distribution to ensure service quality, cost optimisation, and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Legal, Sustainability) to align procurement objectives.
Manage supplier relationships to achieve long-term value in quality, delivery, cost, and innovation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and embed risk management strategies into contracts.
Proven experience in Category Management within Transport & Distribution or related procurement functions.
Expertise in contract negotiation , supplier partnerships, and lifecycle management of agreements.
Proficiency in data analysis and market intelligence for informed decision-making.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
