Accounts Payable Manager with Hybrid Working

Robert Half is op zoek naar een ervaren AP Manager om het Accounts Payable-team (9 personen) te leiden bij een toonaangevend bedrijf in Brussel. Deze functie is voornamelijk gericht op people management en begeleiding, met beperkte operationele taken. Het bedrijf biedt een stimulerende werkomgeving die inzet op professionalisme, samenwerking en het ontwikkelen van talenten.
Het aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van een team van 9 medewerkers binnen Accounts Payable;
Het fungeren als een aanspreekpunt voor je team bij vragen en escalaties;
Het rapporteren over teamprestaties aan het management;
Een relevante opleiding en sterke ervaring in Accounts Payable;
Ervaring in people management en het aansturen van teams (vereist);
Vlotte kennis van zowel het Nederlands als het Frans (vereist);
Een aantrekkelijke en uitdagende functie met impact op team en organisatie;
