Als New Business Development Manager voor de regio Antwerpen en Limburg word je een cruciaal onderdeel van ons verkoopteam in het veld. Je bouwt aan nieuwe relaties met toonaangevende merken en brengt ons in contact met nieuwe klanten binnen diverse industrieën. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het vergroten van ons marktaandeel, het verbeteren van klanttevredenheid en het realiseren van onze ambitieuze groeidoelstellingen. Bewezen ervaring in een business development rol Affiniteit met preventie op de werkvloer Een proactieve houding en sterke drive om nieuwe klanten te winnen. Uitstekende onderhandelingsvaardigheden en het vermogen om oplossingen te vinden. Sterke communicatie- , overtuigings- en presentatievaardigheden (zowel schriftelijk als mondeling). Ervaring met CRM-systemen en IT-vaardigheid. Uitmuntende organisatorische en time-managementvaardigheden. Een scherp commercieel inzicht en de vaardigheid om deals te sluiten. Werken bij een innovatieve organisatie die wereldwijd erkend wordt. De kans om samen te werken met toonaangevende merken en baanbrekende, gepatenteerde producten.
